Easy steps of Pin BrazingPin Brazing was first developed and patented in Sweden over fifty years ago. It is a fully proven method that has withstood the elements of countries and climates all over the world, from the sub-zero temperatures in Arctic Europe and North America to tropical and Equatorial humidity in Africa and the Far East. The pin brazing method is easy to learn, simple to perform and can be done in any type of weather.

The fact that Bright-Bond is a modern automated technique reduces the cost of manual labour to a minimum. Bright-Bond offers unbeatable economy in comparison with other, labour-intensive techniques, such as gas brazing, Arc welding and mechanical applications.

Experience has shown that a Bright-Bond connection can be installed for less that half the cost of a conventional connection. Bright-Bond starts paying dividends as soon as it is installed. And in the long run, Bright-Bonds reliability and extended service life make a major contribution to improved economy.

Pin Brazing allows for fast, efficient installation of threaded pins, bonds, electrical connections and other components required for conducting both operating and signal current on railways. The connections are obtained with so little heat that no adverse effects are generated on the work-piece or the bond. The resultant braze has a very high mechanical strength. The transition resistance between the work-piece and the bond is almost too small to be measured by standard measuring techniques
