BAC Corrosion Control Limited based Telford, UK has followed nearly 50 years of business in Kuwait by appointing an agent in the area. Al-Fohood Global Co is made up from personnel who are either well-informed businessmen, or qualified engineers with over 20 years experience.    

The appointment in January 2004 is to service the oil and gas industry in Kuwait using expertise local to the area and products and services supplied by BAC. The relationship is part of BAC’s attempts to ensure an expansion in business in the Gulf region.  

Al-Fohood Global Co will be a distributor of the entire range of cathodic protection and corrosion control products and services currently offered by BAC, and will be working closely to ensure the portfolio is kept up-to-date with new additions.  

BAC have carried out major Cathodic Protection projects including the protection of tank bases at Alumadi Refinery and more recently the Minageesh Water Injection Project.
